1. About KweedeeSpots

KweedeeSpots is a free online guide that helps users discover restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs and other food and drinks establishments. It is operated by Kweedee Ltd, a company registered in Ireland.

The service is provided free of charge to both users and listed businesses. We do not charge for listings and do not collect any commission on reservations or orders made through the platform.

2. Use of the site

You may use KweedeeSpots for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using the site, you agree to:

• Not use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage or interfere with the site or its infrastructure
• Not scrape, copy or reproduce content from the site without our written permission
• Not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site for any user who violates these terms.

3. Free listings for businesses

Any food or drinks establishment may request a free listing on KweedeeSpots. By submitting a listing request, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the business
• All information submitted is accurate and up to date
• You own or have the right to use any photos or content submitted
• The business complies with all applicable local laws and regulations

We reserve the right to decline, modify or remove any listing at our discretion, including if the information is inaccurate, misleading or does not meet our editorial standards.

Listings are provided as a free service with no guarantee of continued availability. We may remove a listing at any time without prior notice.

4. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on KweedeeSpots is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any listing, including opening hours, menus, prices or contact details.

Users should always verify information directly with the establishment before visiting or placing an order. KweedeeSpots accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

KweedeeSpots contains links to third-party platforms including OpenTable, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Instagram and business websites. These links are provided for convenience only. KweedeeSpots is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Kweedee Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kweedee Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of KweedeeSpots, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or any other commercial loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed €100.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from your use of KweedeeSpots shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
